The Swiss Service Center in Kosovo – Baruti

The history of Baruti can be attributed greatly to the market research respectively German market. Beginning with the first projects in the year 2014 in the telephone survey, more projects were added quickly. Thus, Baruti was able to double its number of employees and sales each year. From today’s point of view, market research is regarded as a keystone for a very successful corporate history. More and more projects should be added. The service spectrum has also spread as a result, where, in certain service products (or service areas), multilingualism can be offered. As shown in the chronicle, Baruti has employed now more than 200 people.

  • Baruti GmbH exhibits for the first time with its own stand at the market research fair in Munich.
  • 30 Employees: For the first time Baruti has 30 employees.

  • Outbound: Baruti has two clients in Business Unit „Call Centre Outbound“.
  • Inbound: Baruti has two clients in Business Unit „Call Centre Inbound“.
  • Sales growth: 116% growth compared to the previous year.

  • First day in the new building in the centre of Pristina. (A total of 420 square meters)
  • 50 Employees: Baruti is growing to 50 employees.
  • Outbound: First client in Business Unit „Call Center Outbound“.
  • Inbound: First client in Business Unit „Call Center Inbound“.

  • Drenusha Shala (Co-Founder) takes over the management of Baruti GmbH. Muhamet Veliu and Flamur Shala retreat from the operational management.

  • 70 Employees: There are 70 employees on the payroll list.

  • Market research: Baruti counts nine clients in the business unit “Market Research”.
  • Outbound: Baruti counts three clients in the business unit „Call Center Outbound“.
  • Inbound: Baruti counts two clients in business unit „Call Center Inbound“.
  • Revenue growth: year-on-year growth of 80%.

  • 80 Employees: Baruti counts 80 employees.
  • EN ISO 9001:2008 Certification.

  • 90 Employees: Increase by 10 employees to more than 90 employees.
  • ISO/IEC 27001:2005 Certification.

  • Second relocation due to strong growth. (A total of 900 square meters)
  • 100 Employees: Baruti counts for the first time 100 employees on the payroll list.

  • 140 Employees: Baruti counts over 140 employees.

2015

  • Market research: Baruti counts 13 clients in the business unit “Market Research”.
  • Outbound: Baruti counts four clients in the business unit „Call Center Outbound“.
  • Inbound: Baruti counts five clients in business unit „Call Center Inbound“.
  • Revenue growth (FC): year-on-year growth of 107%.

  • 150 employees: Baruti counts 150 employees on the payroll list.

  • Third relocation: Baruti grows and gets another building. (Total 1500 square meters) Two locations of Baruti in the middle of Prishtina.
  • 200 Employees: Baruti counts for the first time 200 employees.
