The Inbound Center is the biggest division in our Call-Center department. We support our partners in actively answering these phone calls, providing first level support in German and English. However, for our long-term partners we offer the inbound service in 7 different languages. The benefits of the Inbound Call-Center is, we relive your in-house call-center and provide your customers with high-class Customer-Support, Consultancy, IT-Support, Complaint-Management and Customer-Care.
Within the Inbound Call-Center we have developed an own product “Tele-Secretariat” which aims to support the phone secretariat of our Partners. All the Inbound-Calls will be answered in the name of our Partner and if all the lines are occupied or our partner is busy in a meeting, the phone calls will be directed to us and we will handle the call. Right after the call, our Partner will receive a summary of the discussion by mail. The big advantage of this service is, no phone call will ever be lost or un-answered.
